Q: How soon can we get a response from you?
A: Mostly 1-2 days,depending on the volume of consults.
Q: How do we get the reports?
A: Reports are generated on a Secure Telemedicine Portal.
Q: What will the Consultation / Second Opinion contain?
A: We will address all the questions you have about the patient’s condition and treatment based on our current Practice trends ,guidelines, protocols and recent evidence based Studies in USA. Will recommend treatment options, Medical or Surgical based on the data patients provide.

Q: Will your Doctors prescribe Medications?
A: No.We only recommend treatment options to your Physician treating patients in your Home Country,We will work with your Physicians to optimize best treatment options for the patient

Q: Do you charge for repeat Consultations?
A: If we have addressed all your questions in the Initial consultation and if you have a follow up Consultation, You will be charged for Follow up consultation.
Q: How do we know that you will have all the information when we complete the Online form?
A: Our Online form contains all the required fields, History, Diagnosis made by your Doctor, Lab and Diagnostic tests, Radiology images, Treatment or surgery planned by Local Doctors, etc. It is required that you fill out the form and attach all required results to facilitate the process. If any information is missing, we will notify you and will give an opinion only after we have all the information.

Q: If patients want to come to USA for treatment or undergo Surgery, will you help us?
A: Definitely. We will connect you with US hospitals that offer packages for International patients for different conditions. You can communicate with them directly and negotiate. We are not connected to these Hospitals. We will do this as a Service.
